Aren't they supposed to introduce the virus to your immune system in a safer way so that it can manufacture the required antibodies without you getting as sick? The risk of that is already low, why can't I just go out and catch the coof? Why is this the only recognised solution?
Any idea on the rate of false negatives? I've never looked that one up and I suppose it would be hard to test for.
