I have it too but it's not nearly as big as that. this nigga just doesn't clean himself properly or he fucked with it too much and it got bigger. keep hair out of it and make sure to clean out any pus everyday. typically fatasses get this because they're on their ass all day but it can really happen to anyone who causes enough friction down there in the wrong way.
