I regret to inform you as well, but even in the council republic, masses didn't own their labor in any meaningful sense either, because communism was designed to devolve into fascism and top-down control immediately. I'm all for employee-owned firms, etc. this is certainly more leftist than far right exploitation, but it's not socialism lol, it's capitalism with a socialist influence, perhaps, it skews more toward socialism, but it's capitalism. I'm not talking about worker cooperatives here, which are about as successful as a daycare run by the children inside.

I'm not a fasicst btw, fascism is the final stage of socialism. Nowadays, people just call far-right chauvinism fascism because they think fascism means racism+corporations or something ridiculous. Racism is simply a tool of fascists. Right now, the west is fascist, but that racism is directed toward white men. This is done by the trillionaire class on purpose in order to convince them that instituting a far right anti-regulation regime that incorporates slave labor would be ideal after this fiat currency cycle ends, which is underway.
