Why is there no in-game subtitles for Halo i can't hear my fucking commands over the sound of gunfire?Also barely can understand the broken Hungarian

I do but there are Hungarian peasants and some scientists girl in it and unless it's a cutscene the game doesn't have subtitles and like i stated it before i can't hear shit over the sound of battle
