I'm sorry to hear. I have him at c3 when doing last 30 pulls for c6 Ningguang. I might do another 10 pull tomorrow once I get another 320 primogems. But you can still get her when the event with a free 4-star comes.

I'm using her as support as for right now. I managed to get her at c3 - good as for an supportive unit. I may do a main dps for her once I get her to c6. The attack speed buff seems a bit broken on some characters.

if you're using her as a support just equip her with an energy recharge weapon and go full def on her stats, that's the only stat that matters for her dmg and buffs.
If you're going to build her as main dps create the crescent pike, I think that's the best f2p weapon for her as of now in that role.

yea and as far as I know it stacks with chongyun's elemental skill buff and the anemo resonance buff

I forgot about the new artifacts. I'm running her on geo damage bonus and shield health bonus.
At the moment, she is not well built, but I can take out some difficult enemies on the new area. Took so long to be at AR 55, and as far as I know the enemies aren't so different from AR 50 and AR 55.
I don't think I have enough raw materials for making crescent pike. Making her into a main dps would be hard for me since my main dps is Yanfei. Speaking of which, her crit rate is nuts after getting her a 5-star book.

once the crit ratios are grinded the characters feel doubly strong, my Ning with 50:150 crit ratio can decimate enemies with really good dmg.

It's beautiful. I don't want to spoil it for you, but all I can say is there is a lot of walking and the news enemies are as bad as the doggos in Inazuma. Still a fun new area to explore with some more chests for the Sakura tree.
My Ningguang can do the same but I haven't built her too well after grinding materials for Yun Jin.
