well i hate raiding and thing it's dogshit content but it's the most popular nonetheless. bgs are fun especially at the start when you can mog people with gear if you're a functioning human, but generally it's highly casual joke content
mythic+. basically it's doing a dungeon on a timer and if u beat it then u get a key to do another dungeon with a tighter timer, buffed mob hp/damage, and extra effects. there's an esports scene where 2 teams race the same dungeon on the same difficulty
