Get a couple of dogs (just go find some street mutts no-one will miss) and chop off their erect penises and testicles, these will be used as "g-spots" for the vagina, it creates the authentic feel and ambience. Next you need your main slab of meat, I went for a couple of large chicken breasts, but you can also use beef or other cuts of fitting meat. You then carve out the vagina in the meat slabs, as deep as you need it to be for your purposes. Attach the dog testicles/penises inside and along the vagina to re-create a natural vaginal canal. I used glue for my dog parts when setting it up.
After this you should be good to go!
