On December 28, at approximately 10:30 pm I was walking on XXXXXXXX, between the intersections of XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX. I was approached from behind by Anon, who began speaking to me while I kept walking. He mentioned the weather, and then asked me if I would like to go somewhere with him at that moment. I declined.
Immediately after I spoke, he grabbed my shoulder and threw me to the ground. He then climbed on top of me, and pushed me over so that my chest was facing the ground. As I resisted, he grabbed one of my arms and handcuffed it to the other, behind my back. He then picked me up and carried me to an old green minivan, parked in the alleyway next to XXXXXXXX. I kicked and tried to break out of his grip, but was unsucessful.
Outside the van, he blindfolded me and attempted to hogtie my legs, but I resisted. he pressed something sharp against my forearm and told me to stop, so I stopped resisting. He tied up my legs and also my arms, even though my they were already handcuffed. Then he opened the van's right sliding door and forced me in. He entered the driver's seat and began driving the car. It was hard to move, and I could not see. I felt wrappers and plastic bottles on the floor. I attempted to unlock the door but was unable to. The door may have had a child safety lock which stopped me.
