oberbieber, waldbreitbach, before bad hönningen. it's already 3 city parts which would span the place i would take. other than that, it's the rest of what's needed to shut the place off. in direction of torney is a forest like way. it's just one way. this is easy to blockade. they have towns there, the towns are connected to the fast lane to bonn i believe. they would survive. we would need to stimulate some logistics so they don't need what they do in neuwied anymore.

the 3080 12gb is lots of faster than the 3080 10gb sometimes and nearly the same performance as the 3080 ti for some time.

it's like a whole performance jump. and from the 3080ti to the 3090 is not so much coming with. the 3080 10GB to 3080 12GB is literary the same jump in compute units. the jump in performance comes from the memory bandwidth. comparing the computational cores and the performance means the 3080Ti and 3090 are HEAVILY memory bandwidth restricted. there is like over 1000 cores more in the 3080TI than the 3080 12GB and they perform nearly the same in lots of cases.

the 3080Ti has 14,2857% more cores than the 3080 12GB and nearly the same performance. the performance is not corresponding to the computational cores and thus bottlenecking. it's bottlenecking in the memory bus.
