Do niggers actually drop property value? Or is it really just no-nigger areas charging you a premium to not live around niggers? I guess my question is, if niggers didn't exist, you could get a $800 2bedroom apartment anywhere as there wouldn't be any incentive to pay more? it would be very competitive as every area in the land would be peacful and low-crime rate, there would be no reason to charge $2,000 to live in a no-nigger zone, as every zone would be a no-nigger zone.
