So my girlfriend got a text from a scam/spam account on Telegram (display name as "Qiu"). They have expressed their interest in having.. sexual relations with her and I'm really protective of her so I want to make this person pay the consequence of asking for her to add them on Whatsapp and Wechat using their number.
