Actually, it's the other way around. When the economy is healthy, fewer barriers to entry, less money wasted on social services, people spending money how they want in a free market, then they have more sense to plan their family, they aren't desperate to reproduce out of a survival impulse, they can decide to stop at 2 or 3 kids, and if they are really well off, perhaps 4 or 5.
Thing is, the moderna, pfizer, j&j experimental gene therapies are NOT vaccines (at least if we go by the legal definition prior to 2020).
Having reduced risk of death from infectious disease means women have fewer children, but imposing creepy injections made in secret labs, that require you to tell your social security number before you take it, and the companies are immune from liability, and the method/process of producing the drug is highly secretive and not made public domain...
