I don't hold onto these things, but writing them down helps me let go
when I look at it all it makes it clear how pointless it is to hold a grudge because there would be so many entries and the scope it all really gives you some perspective on it
it is a secret list though, only for me. I brought it up only to give a point of reference for my expertise
