The truth of the matter is... he crossed state lines from a state he lived in into a state he didn't live in. He also carried with him across state lines a fully semi automatic military style rifle. He crossed state lines with the intent of using the fully semi fully semi automatic military style rifle on people who coincidentally happen to be of the melanated variety. He should have been indicted for crossing state lines and having the intent of crossing state lines.
