At this point i think there is no way out of it on your own, i never looked for help since i cannot talk to people irl even if my life depends on it
But i"m finally plan to get help soon to see if i can get out of it (if i can find some), not very optimistic but it's that or the radical alternative
I'm not living another decade like this no matter what, might as well not existing
