How can you exert energy desiring a world without those people - perhaps you would call them weak or weak-minded people - when such a desire is impossible to fulfill?
It is possible to free yourself of this desire, and all desires, and to live and think rightly, not as a part of a moral code that you must align with, but instead as a part of nature. The sparrow does not desire a world without the hawk, it simply acts in accordance with its instinct.
To seek enlightenment is to seek your own natural instinct - to seek an end to desires which consume you, which shorten your life, and which remove contentment.
