I did 10 uh weird pushups on my second lap. Then took pauses. If I really try I can probably reach 17-20, but I see people do pushups until their nose hits the floor or chest. I still am unsure about the technique. I just do it until my arms are 90 degrees.

That seems good. I never done pushups before seriously so I'm only recently building strenght in them. If it's not touching the floor I can easily gain strenght in it. Because before I got a really bad cramp I noticed a huge increase of the easiness to do them.

Uh. I do 20 pushups, 20 squats, 20 sit ups 20 hip thrusts, 30 second plank. Then I repeat that twice. I usually try to do that daily.

As long as I don' get a bad cramp again. I got a really bad cramp on my right calf waking up and it felt like I needed to cut off my leg. It hurt for like 3 days. So I had to take a pause since then.
