I am busy making other things but my artist friend always tells me to grab an egg, place it nearby then to try drawing the egg
I don't know the meaning of the exercise but multiple artists have told me that it is important

I think the point is to copy not only the shape but the lighting of the egg and the shadow cast
after that I would move it to a different location or change the nearby lighting
