Since almost all of the advice on /adv/ amounts to "be yourself" or "go outside", I thought why don't I ask a stupid question:

Should I start following random people on the streets that intrigue me? Like that pretty thing with the zelda back pack or that odd dude who does 10 laps of the supermarket every 4 days before buying the same thing he always does.

I have no idea how to truly interact with people, so following them is the next best thing right?
