>>14429625Most people are not actually getting their beef from these mystical grasslands you speak of, rather, they are getting their beef from south american deforestation operations (technically range but not natural grasslands) or factory farms. The idea diet would (i agree) consist of small local operations that are diverse in animal life to ensure re-fertilization of the soil, retention of minerals and reduction of diseases.
I grow most of my own food, winter is hard of course, but I agree ethically the least harm to the planet and animals is the right way, and healthier. Vegetarian btw, mostly my veggies and then eggs from farmers (free range) I can't keep chickens where I live unfortunately.
