Extreme low dose, borderline micro dosing free base dxm. I take 60 mg’s of this in the morning and depression and anxiety is gone and I can live my life again. Occasionally I will take another 30-60 later in the day. So that’s between 90-120mgs a day, max daily dose for medicinal reasons is 120 mgs. Similar action to ketamine. My depression is treatment resistant except for this.
