I found the solution to the incel problem
I call it chad splitting
you create two groups, chads and betas
you remove the testicles of each chad and replace 1 testicle from each beta with it
this means chads are castrated and betas now have 1 beta testicle and 1 chad testicle
the betas will reproduce, 50% of getting a chad son, 50% of getting a beta son
if the beta gets a beta, he will try again for a chad
if he gets a chad, his beta will be 50% chad and there will be a spare testicle so he will try for another beta

this improves the population faster than if chad had both testicles
