I've started a new job and everyone else has been really nice and welcoming apart from this one guy. If you walk towards him and look at him he just turns and walks the other way. If I say "What's going on" he just pretends he can't hear me. Meh, what do you think his problem is? He speaks to everyone else. I sent him 2 messages to ask him some advice when I was training and he just ignored me too.
