I’m not sure how old he is, though he’s definitely around my age range (I’m a teenager), maybe a bit younger, hard to tell since he’s taller than me. I believe he might have some mental quirk because of how he moves which is very cute.

How do I talk to him? I rarely bump into him and trying to look for him seems weird. He’s usually with his dad, so I’m not sure if he would dislike someone randomly trying to talk to his son.
