>>14468240/qa/ used to be a meta board, but over time developed into a blue /b/, with no rules or specific subject matter and little attention from the mods. Most of the catalog was filled with basedjaks and leebait. Pony threads would regularly stay for days before being archived. Raid threads were posted and basedjak threads appeared on different boards almost daily. Mods would sometimes move "off-topic" threads from the rest of 4chan to /qa/, and these would be immediately spammed to death with basedjaks. Sometimes a janny would visit and purge the board of onions threads (i.e. 60% of the catalog). There was also a "4chan happenings" general, a relict of old /qa/ from the time it was an unlisted meta board. Raids were done increasingly often, especially on /a/ where a basedjak would always cause extreme butthurt. Well, eventually someone posted a few raid threads on /lgbt/ and /qa/ was immediately shut down - whether this is because /lgbt/ is dear to the mods, or because mods were looking for an excuse to delete /qa/ and jumped to the occasion, is unclear. Part of /qa/nons moved to /bant/, the rest moved to the spinoff and that's the situation now. The happenings general continues to this day on /trash/.
