>>14468969I used to be 200lbs and in the best shape when I was around 20 years old. I was still kind of fat and always have been but not like now. I had a manual labor job then, and ate my mother's cooking which was pretty healthy. Since then I moved out on my own, can't cook much for myself (due to time constraints and being very clumsy and messy in the kitchen) and work a sedentary job. I've been on a few medications that caused weight gain too and never lost it. And I never stopped eating the same amounts.
I'm not terribly unhappy with my weight anyway, I can still move around, do my yard work, etc. I just have a vague idea that it would be "nice" to lose weight but no real motivation to do it.
