we tend to separate our types of whiskey, so there's Irish whiskey, bourbon, scotch, etc. you'd think someone like me would know the difference between irish whiskey and bourbon, but in all honesty the only difference i've noticed is that irish whiskey is a bit smoother and not as harsh as American whiskeys.
btw canadian whiskey is bad i dont like it
