They kneel before any official with American flag not because they are fascinated with America, but because they think that America will help them to get back at the timeless source of eternal butthurt around which their entire national identity is built.
It's the same way as how they wank their "independence" but at the same time have wet dreams of joining EU and giving up their precious independence for some gibs (craving for free shit is 2nd most important part of butthurt belt identity, after butthurt about Russia). They don't really give a fuck about independence in general, only about independence from source of butthurt, willing to be anyone else's bitch.
Same way with Butthurt belt "nationalists" that always end up being on payroll of some jewish oligarch and declare people who are biologically identical and culturally very similar to them as their #1 racial enemy for all time. It's very special kind of mentality.
