So I've been doing OMAD for a month now, but my constipation still hasn't "improved". I only poop once every 4-5 days. Despite the fact at least half of what I eat are vegetals and drink a lot of liquids.
>inb4 stop doing OMAD
out of the question. It's improved my life for the better. I feel energized all day long, go out for runs and lift weights sometimes several times a day. I feel like I've recovered my 20 year old body.
I just want to know if this is normal.
(For the record I don't feel uncomfortable or constipated, it's just freaky, maybe I'm just giving it too much thought)
