dubs decides what happens to the world
rules:
1) no changes can be permanent.
2) no 'delete everything' or other such faggotry that ruins the game.
3) no chain reply rerolling, reroll as many times as you want but reply to the actual post you're rolling for.
4) no changing the water to an image, only the colour can change, simply because it makes it much harder to edit if the background isn't 1 plain colour

if a get is quads or higher your change is permanent.
