Science is so fucking gay and lame. These fuckers faked dinos back in the day using other animals, birds feet as a reference point. And once it was 'irrefutable' that dinosaurs existed...looking at the similarity of the feet, its undeniable the birds are evolved forms of dinos.
Science ought to be based on construction, you test something, determine a fact, and then build on it with other facts and tests. Instead, theater science like space and dinos, is based on deduction. Sherlock style, remove all possibilities and the only thing left has to be the answer, no matter how improbable. And then they take these deductions and add them together.
The satanic lies arising from this are inevitable. And its easy to get confused, a construction can be viewed as a positive deduction, and a deduction can be seen as negative construction.
