If I am half European and half Latin American on my moms side, though I look totally caucasian, what kind of women should I date?

I presume castizas but the problem is their are too few of those, and normal Hispanic girls are too dark.

I don’t want my children to be dark, I want them to be fair skinned and have European features like me, but yet I feel I should not date a white women?

Thoughts especially from any fellow castizos?
