Went running again for the first time in like a bit under 2 months
Almost immediately out of breath
Bloody hell what is this shit how come my endurance dropped so fast

i'm very skinny and even though i move around a lot and lift lots of things at work i still get pretty winded trying to run outside. i don't like working out so i just stick to stretches in the morning, and walking to work/college

Cardio drops off super fast but it also comes back fast. Need to do it 3 times a week roughly. Running/jogging aren't my cup of tea. I like the rowing machine. Brisk walk's honestly better for you than running if you find you hate it, but if it's fun for you, Godspeed!
