negroes don't mix with a race at all, one because they're so different that it just doesn't happen that often no matter how many memes you see, and two because it's obvious if someone is black and if someone is mixed black.
this is the only way to keep your race pure while still accepting immigrants/refugees, if they accepted tons of ukrainians they would just mix right into the population and you wouldn't be able to tell easily, especially the children of mixed couples.
