She's fairly well balanced. Her damage isn't higher than offense chracters, her wall has the downside of blocking/getting in the way of allies as well as enemies.

Roadhog was "overpowered" and shitters whined he needed a nerf, and now look. Nobody plays him. He's no longer viable. He is shit compared to any other tank, and doesn't counter anyone.
