i only saw the movie as a chillens so i wouldn't remember the scene either way. either way the point of the meme is to say that somebody has gotten to the correct conclusion using purportedly faulty logic, but it's usually cope on the meme maker's part
for example in the d&d meme, the creator said that a room "looks" safe to enter and the players have responded by pointing out that it must be a trap, otherwise the DM would say it IS safe to enter.
the DM responds to this by explaining that no matter the scenario they would always say that it "looks" safe because they've made a visual assessment and found no reason to believe it's dangerous, but they aren't omniscient so they can never know if a room "is" safe to enter, only if it "was" safe to enter with the power of hindsight
at this time, the players enter the room and find that their suspicions were correct and it is indeed a trap
the DM then makes this meme to explain their frustration that the logic they gave for saying "looks" is 100% true, but since the players came to the correct conclusion that the room was a trap they feel justified in believing that the DM way just trying to cover for a slip of the tongue
absolutely 'ate this cheesy shit to be honest. i see indian movie clips like this get posted a lot and always think they're just lame
