I CANT STOP FUCKING FARTING THIS IS UNBEARABLE. Just a few months ago I could go 3-5 days without shitting once, and now I'm shitting almost twice a day. In fact, I'm shitting as a type this, with farts possibly reaching upwards of 60 decibels. I end up living my days in physical moderate to severe pain because I keep holding farts in, not letting them out from fear that I may shit myself at work. What the fuck.
