Or the fact that (I might be wrong on this) there still barricades around the White House from Nov 6th, it doesn't seem completely out there. Or when Biden was sworn into his presidency the military's gun salute was for a foreign official and not for the president.
Again there's no smoking gun evidence it being true but there's enough that you shouldn't completely dismiss the idea.
