The biggest problem is the pose itself. It's just very flat and boring, you need to contrapposto to make it look a lot more dynamic. This is especially bad with her right arm, where her arm is raised but the shoulder is still angled downward like the opposite shoulder when the shoulder should move in direction of the raised arm. There is also no armpit, I fucked up drawing it but it still looks better with a shitty armpit than no armpit at all. I think you also meant for the left leg to moving forward but it still looks flat because of the way the waist is angled. The complete lack of perspective also makes the whole thing look flat.
The top is completely static with no folds or anything, is it supposed to be skin tight? The tits are somehow simultaneously squeezed together and point directly away from each other. The right breast should be lifted up along with the arm and the shoulder too.
The shorts look like diapers, there is tension around the crotch and the legs that isn't reflected at all. The pocket is off where is should be and makes the hand that's in it look tiny and much smaller than the other hand.
The hair looks like a wig because it doesn't look like it originates from the top of the head. The ear looks like how an ear would look from the side of the face rather than the front. And personally I think the iris of the eye is too big.
Saying it's anime so it's ok to look retarded is stupid and flat out wrong. It doesn't look like any anime I've ever seen.
