When I interned for this one company for the 3rd time, they let me in on the skill interview portion for a new hire (i was mostly an ornament, my mentor was the main interviewer).
They had a test where one question was a printout of sample code and the interviewee had to describe what is happening. there is a seg fault in the code.
Sure, it is normal to be nervous, and the interviewer will hold your hand a bit. but there comes a time when it becomes obviously clear you have no idea what you're doing.
You can tell from that that the person being interviewed copied homework and cheats on tests.
