>>14729532Actually I started to gain a bunch of weight when I turned into a neet, because just sitting at home everyday. So I started to get into training way later. I think my weight just got higher up because I built muscles because I gained weight really fast when I started training hard (and not eating much unhealthy foods). I make my own food now though and eat less unhealthy food! I did manage to go from 20 seconds plank to 60 second plank which I'm proud of. Also I use dumbells for squats, situps, hip thrusts. I started to do squats with dumbells and pistol squats, but I'm new to pistol squats. So I still have balance issues
