my entire highschool was like that
My best highschool friend in first year didn't pass to second year and he overall turned out to be a bad company
My "best" friend in second year and third ended up being very toxic which made me kinda toxic as well
and after that I was just buddy buddy with everybody but did not really have a real friend
it sucked
and yeah, what stayed at school stayed at school, we didnt interract outside of it, apart of me rarely haunting my "friend's" house out of nowhere for a joke, he didnt like it i thimk
might've been to clingy but they did not deserve the good side of it
