Im sleeping and randomly woke up at 3 am , only light peeking thru the windows are the cars at the road away from the house ( 60 m-ish , slight hill and the road make a slight curve as the house is located downhill to the beach , so no direct light ever goes thru any window in the house ) im in a 2 bed room , with mosquitoes nets , as the bed next to me is empty the net is stored as a huge knot hanging on top of the bed.
Said knot was glowing with a pale blue color, like the typical glow in teh dark paint for wristwatches , only in a blue hue insteado of yellow/green.
Said light was pulsating on and off , this went for like 3 minutes , then the light in the last pulse glowed a little stronger , the next cicle there was the same blue hue light glowing as a rectangle in the brick wall next to the mosquito net Knot , it cycled for another minute .
( as all this was happening i was terrified to move but was not paralized , for i tried to move slighlty hands , feet , etc . to check for sleep paralysis , i was fine , other than the light and no power the only other " weird" sensation was a strong static electricyt charge sensation coming from the side of the room with the light)
Once again the light shone a couple of minutes in the wall , then cutoff in the middle of a cycle and immediatly the electric power came back ( light down the aisle , the fridge engine started again , all that jazz ).
