IKEA used to sell those cheap bamboo sticks, dunno what they were for but whoever had one at the estate was THE cool kid.
I remember one of our friends had a dad who was about to drive to nearest IKEA, which was maybe 15 kilometers away, kinda far for city standards. We would give him money and his dad would buy us sticks but in the end he had to return us the money because his dad did not buy us our promised sticks.
Mhmmm, wish walking with sticks outside was acceptable as a 16+ year old.
Sticks were nice.
Especially bamboo ones. No splinters, slick and stylish - also light for their volume and durability.
Made the best swish sounds.
yep.
