>>14803096you've finally finished your scale model of the entire planet?
it's not entirely necessary, but it would be a good thing to shoot for since it could help a lot with work both in the immediate and somewhat distant futures. jlpt is the japanese language proficiency test and the levels are N5 to N1
in theory each level is supposed to describe a person's abilities. N5 can pick up basic expressions and commands spoken slowly or written without much kanji, N4 can follow simple conversations as long as they're not too fast and stick to basic vocabulary, N3 can grasp the large strokes of content targeted at natives so long as it sticks to everyday topics, N2 can understand even meta-level commentary on most any topic provided they're given time to prepare, and N1 has native-like comprehension
in reality it seems that it places just as much stress on your general test-taking abilities as your japanese comprehension and it in no way tests your ability to actually communicate since it only tests comprehension, but it's still the standard that most japanese offices use when evaluating foreigners

i mean unlike usual it's not some moral grandstanding or something. there's no special reason, but i'm definitely knowingly not hitting the upload file button
