>>14806864Frankly I took such good care of my wisdom tooth when it was coming out I was the only family member who didn't have it extracted, I regret that later because around ten years after it came it, it started growing sideways and needed to be pulled out.
If anyone reading this is ever going to get their wisdom tooth pulled out -- swish with sesame seed oil to keep the scab from drying out and falling off to avoid "dry socket", also, the doctor will say you can eat on the first day but eh, just avoid it, you won't die not eating for a day, drink lots of water, swallow some vitamins, fish oil tablets, maybe even milk, but the more you avoid moving your mouth (chewing, brushing), the faster it heals.
