2. Cut out all artifical sugar and minimize fats. You can also workout if you supply your body with enough protein during that diet to force your body into recomposition.
I like eating white cheese mixed with sour cream (around 2:1 ratio), though you can add canned fish and some onions + pepper if you want to.
Lean meat like chicken is great, especially if fried on cooking paper instead of grease.
I don't use butter for anything else than frying eggs and ocassional waffles.
Eat a fruit.
