It kicks off this week and hopefully my fellow muzzies will be having a good time

I am kinda new to this, so if anyone can help me i'll be really really grateful. One of my friends told me that you cannot swear or use curse words the entire month, is that true? What else you can and cannot do, give me instructions. + what are some of the best food to eat during Ramadan, any recommendations will be helpful
