feathers are the sharpest im pretty sure
i don't know why you'd want the sharpest though, more irritation imo
from what i heard these are the best for sensitive skin

i honestly notice very little difference between blades, so austra SP probs best cause cheapest
or are you just asking about DE razors in general? yes they are best for clean shaven, if you want stubble use philips oneblade
