Composite is better than amalgam nowadays. It typically lasts 30-40 years whereas amalgam only really lasts 15-20 years.

Sensodyne is a completely different formula in every other country, look it up. It's not different than any other toothpaste in the US. Cari Free uses nano-hap which is vastly superior to fluoride, but you can't buy it in stores, mainly it gets prescribed through the dentist unless you go out of your way to buy it online on a subscription.

I have weak teeth genetically. It doesnt matter how much I brush, floss and visit the dentist. The real scam is why they dont offer sealants for adults to protect your teeth. Why is this offered and covered for children?

I dont really go to the dentist.
I used to go as a kid and even went once recently when I got mew insurance nd they were horrified I still had my wisdom teeth (lol) and tried to sell me a 2000 dollar 'deep clean' or they wouldnt clean them at all. They also said insurance had a 6 month waiting period and they wouldn't wait. Several years later I didnt go back and my teeth are fine.
I still would like a cleaning and all but I'm convinced a lot of dental workers are just making shit up.

Years ago I got laid off, lost my dental insurance and went to my periodontist who scared me that I need a gum graft and if I don’t do it my front teeth will fall out within 4-5 years. I couldn’t afford the $7k for the surgery without insurance so I just stopped going to my appointments. 12 years have gone by, never gone to the dentist or periodontist all this time and absolutely no gum or teeth issues.

Usually dentists don't even really differentiate between composite and ceramic. Technically composite is a type of ceramic.
Modern composites are very high quality and if you get them acid etched on they last forever.

That's kind of the point of fluoride. Tooth enamel is made up of a biomineral called hydroxyapatite which is the hydroxyl endmember of the mineral apatite. When the tooth enamel decays it's actually demineralizing. Fluoride products are used to introduce the fluoride ion to the tooth enemal to remineralize it into another apatite endmember called fluoroapatite. While fluoroapatite is supposed to be more acid resistant because it is not OH based, it has its own issues like dental fluorosis.
